SWORDFISH!!!!

I'm trying to cook something special at least one night of the week. I guess I have chosen Thursday night, simply because I am always super excited about Survivor. Anyhow, tonight, I made "Swordfish a la Siciliana."

Below is the "a la Siciliana." This wonderful mixture of capers, pine nuts, tomatoes, olives, raisins, garlic, and onion was cooked on top of the swordfish.



And the final product:


It was pretty good. Yay for Sicily!
